No. This listing is for the custom-printed flag only. A flagpole and base must be purchased separately. Check the package contents on any separate pole or flag kit before ordering.
Can I order a flag with my own logo?
Yes. Email your logo or artwork and order number to woanixy@gmail.com. You can also send your wording and design requirements if you need free layout assistance. You will receive a digital proof to approve before production.
Can I choose single-sided or double-sided printing?
Yes. Both options are available in the size selector. Choose the printing option that suits your display and check the layout in your digital proof before approving production.
How long does a custom feather flag take to reach the United States?
Production and dispatch take 1–2 business days after design approval. Shipping to the United States then takes an estimated 6–10 business days after dispatch. How long can your feather flag be used outdoors?
Our feather flag is made of high-quality polyester fiber material and can be used outdoors for 6-12 months under normal weather conditions. The factors that affect the service life include weather conditions, frequency of use, and maintenance methods. In extreme weather conditions (such as strong wind, rainstorm and strong sunlight), it is recommended to put up the flag to extend its service life.

Is the flagpole included in the flag price?
It depends on the product and selected option. A Flag Only listing includes the printed flag without a pole or base. A listing with Pole Kit includes the pole components specified on that product page. Check the product description and selected option before ordering. How long does it take from placing an order to receiving the flag?
Ready-made items are normally processed within 1–3 business days. For custom items, production and dispatch take 1–2 business days after artwork approval. U.S. shipping then takes an estimated 6–10 business days after dispatch. Large orders may require extra production time, which we will confirm before production.
