If it is a customized flag, we will need 3-5 working days to produce your customized flag.

Shipping Delays

Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided or the recipient not being present. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment, which may incur additional fees.
